Katz Orange is an enterprise of the Contemporary Food Lab.
Part of the takings of our gastronomic projects which include the deli Candy on Bone and the restaurant PANAMA goes towards our educational engagement, aiming at expanding knowledge and consciousness for all generations. Our programme involves the online publication CFL Journal and the CFL Academy, offering workshops, field trips, lectures and events to highlight the relations of humans, nature, food & nutrition.
