Restaurant Manager (f/m)

We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager, to lead the
operations and service of our restaurant.
You are a reliable and enthusiastic person with a strong background in casual fine dining and fast-paced environments, with high numbers of guests and a team of around 30 people.

Your responsibilities would be to lead great spirit, to continue a strong sense for the community, to develop team members for future responsibility, to maintain the highest quality and customer-service standards and ensure efficient restaurant operations.

Required skills: fluent in both German and English. Should have knowledge and experience of: POS systems, on-line reservation and booking platforms such as Open Table, digital scheduling apps like Humanity, and basic office software programs including Excel. An IHK instructor certificate for the training of apprentices would be an advantage.

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (F/M)

We are looking for an assistant restaurant manager, to support our restaurant manager in leading the operations and service of our restaurant.
You are a team player, as well as a reliable and enthusiastic person with a background in casual fine dining and fast-paced environments.

Your responsibilities would be to assist the restaurant manager, as well as leading the restaurant in his/her absence, to maintain the highest quality and customer-service standards, to build a strong sense for the community and to keep employees motivated and develop team members for future responsibility.

We are looking for an open-minded and structured team player who welcomes our guests and makes them feel at home. Your main task will be the management of the reservations before and during the evening.

Required skills: German and English, Open Table knowledge is an advantage.
